Really nice stay for 4 nights at Grand service apartment, separate bedroom and large bathroom. Bonus points for a fully equipped kitchen.

Marvellous and magnificent location, all in all good service.
It was located in a central area very close to mall and the shopping centre and food court, Had a nice coffee at Pat Kin Pat San Cafe, located 5 minutes walk away. Rooms of this apartment were brand-new, there is a microwave oven, a refrigerator and a dining area provided.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the Twin Towers. The location was perfect, with easy access to Bukit Bintang and major malls. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The only thing that could make the breakfast better was more variety of items.

The room at Grand Service Apartment @ Times Square was cozy and comfortable, with a feel-good vibe. We loved the private bathroom with a hairdryer, making our stay hassle-free. The suite had a sauna, which was a great way to unwind and relax. The tile/marble floor added a touch of elegance to the apartment. The air conditioning kept the room cool and refreshing, perfect for Kuala Lumpur's weather.
Personally, I found the private entrance a bit inconvenient, but others might appreciate the added privacy it provides.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean and spacious, and the staff, especially Mr. Ahmed, was extremely responsive and attentive to all of my needs. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to Berjaya Times Square shopping center, making it easy to go shopping and enjoy the various amenities there. Additionally, there was a convenience store nearby, which was convenient for late-night snacks. The hotel was also located close to the MRT station, allowing for easy transportation to places like Pavilion and Lot 10. the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, and its location near the shopping center were all major highlights of my stay.
